Durst Group and OMET to strengthen strategic partnership

Technology & Innovation

Brussels, Belgium – Durst and OMET, two Italian leading companies in the production of labels and packaging printing machines, announce the consolidation of an even stronger relationship, first established 6 years ago.

The aim of the collaboration is to extend and promote the digital hybrid product portfolio through product improvement and a higher presence on the market.

“We are excited to offer now the full range of integrated conventional and digital printing solutions to all labels & packaging converters around the world,” says Thomas Macina, Sales Director Labels & Packaging at Durst.

The current XJET platform, which has been the leading hybrid solution in the market with multiple installations worldwide, will be further improved and expanded. The global sales and service structure of the Durst Group will fully integrate the solutions. A joint product roadmap will speed up development and create unique solutions tuned for the next generation of highly integrated printing presses.

“OMET is proud to strengthen the partnership with Durst. We are combining the best technologies to offer excellent solutions and added value to customers,” concludes Marco Calcagni, Sales Director OMET.
