The iFlex label press is simple to use and quick at set-up! Several innovations characterize this press, all aiming at simplifying the printer’s work in reaching the highest quality, effortless. They include servo-assisted pre-register and register setting devices that speed up the machine set-up (1 minute to set 8 Flexo units) and rebooting after job change.
iFlex has shortest web path in narrow web printing for incredible savings in the start-up phase (waste measured is below the transition paper between two prints!). iFlex is the only machine to have all the impression rollers Direct Drive with obvious benefits on the print quality and in waste savings.

iFlex. THE LABEL PRESS
The easiest way to pre-register every printing cylinder thanks to the first laser application on a flexo press. The laser beam guides the operator to the perfect alignment of all plates with one simple move, without waiting for further set-up time.
iVision system consists of a set of Smart Cameras, one on each flexo unit, which allows the operator to check and fine-tune the register of each color one-by-one in real-time, with sharp precision and very little waste involved.
iFlex is the first and only press with next-generation direct driven printing transmission, which assures no backlash and absolute printing stability during every run and for the entire lifetime of the machine.
ECDC system is a compact and ergonomic die-cutting unit with “Easy-Change” technology allowing for quick and easy handling of cylinders and flexible dies thanks to its sliding system, with no need for any lifting device.
