The first OMET narrow web flexo machine KFlex 430 in Kazakhstan was installed at PS-Print (Almaty) in August this year by OMET (Italy) and Print Store engineers.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>PS-Print has been working on the market since 2012 and specialises in the production of roll label products using flexo printing.<\/p>\n<p>The KFlex 430 servo-driven flexo press is designed for printing labels and flexible packaging on roll materials with a width of 430 mm and a throughput of up to 200 m\/min. The range of materials to be printed includes films from 12 \u00b5m thick, aluminium foil, lightweight cartons and laminates.<\/p>\n<p>Thanks to its modular design, in addition to the flexo printing units, the machine can be equipped with a rotary screen printing section, cold and hot foil stamping modules, conventional and LED UV cure systems, lamination, relam\/delam, booklet units and die-cutting modules, embossing, hot air dryers, etc.<\/p>\n<p>The design of the KFlex 430 ensures accessibility to all machine components.
