Imprimatur Group, leading company of the printing industry based in San Ferdinando di Puglia, comes from an artisan tradition. Ms. Miulli: when, where and by whom was your company founded?<\/strong>
\nImprimatur Group is a 2.0 family business. It was born from the passion and skill of an authentic craftsman, Francesco Miulli. Back in November 1976, he opened a typolithograph with courage and determination in the town of San Ferdinando di Puglia, a very small community in the province of Bat (Barletta-Andria-Trani). Over the years, tradition has been transformed into a structured business, following the needs of the market and the property’s boundless desire to grow. Today we can state with satisfaction that Imprimatur Group is an all-round family business.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Can you retrace the stage of company\u2019s growth, from its foundation to the present day?<\/strong>
\nThe company has evolved following the market trends. The fundamental stages have coincided with the implementation of new production lines which have made the Imprimatur Group a point of reference in the area, like a printing district. Opening the paper converting division and the finishing one has allowed us to broaden our working horizons considerably. But the real turning point came with the approach to the world of flexographic printing.<\/p>\n

What size is the company today?<\/strong>
\nThe company is constantly expanding but we remain rooted in our territory, which saw the birth of the business and has allowed a growth of volumes and profits in recent decades. The number of our collaborators and the production area have grown exponentially.<\/p>\n

What are the guiding values of today’s management, driven by a woman?<\/strong>
\nThe core values of the current management are flexibility and equal rights. The strong female influence has allowed the establishment of a leadership that aims to optimize production processes and at the same time guaranteeing the flexibility that minimizes gender differences and maximize everyone\u2019s productivity. The numerous women of our staff give to our company a “human” face: here, individual problems become everyone’s problem and relationships take on a predominant role, positively influencing people\u2019s well-being and, consequently, productivity.<\/p>\n

What are the main products\/services you offer and how is production organized?<\/strong>
\nImprimatur Group is a true “printing district”. Its wide commercial network follows each customer in every single working phase: from the analysis of the request to the graphic design, up to the printing and final delivery. This allows the establishment of strong relationships and trust, fueled by the constant presence and the technical preparation of our agents. Internally we have three macro production areas, coordinated by a highly skilled pre-press department specialized by market segments (food, publishing or packaging). Together, like a big chain made up of individual rings, they operate in a circle to complete the various processing phases.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>How did you find out about OMET machines and when did you decide to invest in its technology?<\/strong>
\nOMET is hardly unknown to printing operators. The choice of OMET technology was motivated by the desire to rely on the best manufacturers of flexographic printing machines on the market, in order to guarantee the highest level of quality and to fully satisfy our customers\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n

Which OMET machine caught your attention and why did choose it?<\/strong>
\nOur adventure with the OMET group began with the purchase of a FLEXY 330 machine for reel labels. This was a machine \u201cwith surprising potential” that allowed us to emerge, confirm and consolidate ourselves as printers in the world of roll printing. But market needs are constantly evolving. After a careful analysis of today’s production trends, Imprimatur group has decided to purchase a KFLEX and bring this authentic jewel of mechanical engineering to the South of Italy for the first time. The quality of the printing, the timing and the structural soundness of OMET machines have no comparison on the market.<\/p>\n

What are the most important investments at the moment in your opinion? How do you see the market evolving in the near future?<\/strong>
\nOur production market is closely linked to our territory and for the moment limited to national borders. This is a rich land, I would define it strategic. It combines various production sectors, from agriculture to food, from tourism to culture. This combination of multiple and multifaceted sectors gives us a lot of business. However, with the arrival of the new machine we hope to grow and approach markets that require flexible products with high productivity. Our instinct undoubtedly drives us to approach plastic supports in the near future.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
